I am learning anatomy because: It is only part of the whole picture of learning about the body. Without anatomy I would not be able to effectively apply what I learn in chemistry & pharmacology. I also really like anatomy the body is a beautiful thing.
The best word to describe me is: Blue- meaning the color blue, which brings to ones mind, calm, fun, loving, caring, sharing, peaceful nature.
Interests: I love reading, watching cartoons & discovery channel with my daughter (I leave the history channel for my dad to watch with her), playing games, and being with family.
Favorites (movies, TV shows, books, songs, etc.): House, Medium, Ghost Whisperer, CSI, The Simpsons, Scooby Doo and Reaper, just to name a few. I love mystery/adventure books, and anything in the alternative music group. Favorite though is Linkin Park.
If I knew I could not fail, then I would: Not be living. Because without error how could one learn, and why would one live if you were unable to learn?
I am motivated by: My daughter and my inner-self challenging me to learn and grow. I look for challenges and yes I get discouraged yet without fear of failure I would not be able to find the courage to keep going and see myself through life situations.
What else you should know about me:
I have an awesome 11 year old daughter, 2 cute little dog and 2 exotic cats (have a little bob in them) and 1 low rider kitty (yes my daughter is the animal guru in my house, I am just lucky she hasn't asked to bring home the zoo). I am easy going but very competitive; however I do know where my boundaries are in competitions. I am currently a Full time Pharmacy Tech looking to further my education to be a APRN. School gets a little tricky to juggle between full time work, mom and full time school but i am ready for the challenge. My lifetime dream as a child was to become a heart/brain surgeon. HMM I still have plenty of time!
