This site was created during three crazy summer months (May, June, July 2008) by students in two Human Anatomy classes (one at Provo College, one at USU Brigham City). As a class we used the book Human Anatomy, by McKinley and O'Laughlin, though this site should be useful regardless of which textbook you use.
In August 2008 this site was one of five "Golden Paint Can Award nominees" in the Education 2.0 category. We didn't win, but it gave the site some good exposure.
In September 2008 the site membership passed 100 members (there were about 60 people in the original classes). A Getting Started page and a How To page were added to encourage new members to participate.
Kevin, Kari, and Ann (from a prior class) were featured in a discussion of wikis in the classroom on Access Utah, a radio program on Utah Public Radio (the episode can be found by scrolling to 19 Sept).
