Shingles
So my dad found out yesterday that he has shingles and was kind enought to let me take some pictures of it so I could put it on here. I had no idea that if you had chicken pox that you will always carry it in your spinal cord and that you could get shingles from it sometime in your life. It lives in your nervous system and you never fully get rid of it. It is only contagious if you have never had the chicken pox. It isnt quite sure how shingles is caused but a few is from stress, chemotherapy, or cancer. So all you friends out there who have had chicken pox and get stressed out watch out you are at risk of getting shingles at some point in your life
