Migrane Headaches
Migraines aren't they fun?! I have suffered from migraines since I was eight years old. I was told that they were hormonal and once i begun my monthly cycle they would stop. six years later I was still suffering from them and my vision was also blurry by that time I was sick and was getting them almost weekly.. My mom took me to the eye doctor thinking i needed eye glasses and I ended up in surgery having a brain tumor removed a week later. this proably isn't the cause but these migranines aren't something you should just shrug off either. Have you been into a neuroligst? Primary care doctors treat them to but after seeing a neurolgist I would HIGHLY suggest.. and yes stress can cause and sometimes diet can too.
